Lost 31.5 lbs, Size 8 to “0” – 3 Months

It Doesn’t Matter What The Scale Says!

Weight Scales lie!
My victory can be seen but not weighed, and it feels good.
Before RobZFitness, like so many others, I habitually stepped on the scale. My Personal Trainer immediately began drilling into my head to “Stay off of the scale”, explaining that it often gives false impressions of what really happens, which leaves people feeling defeated and depressed. Through the Education component of the RobZFitness program I learned that the only reason scale-weight is needed is to help calculate one’s Fat-to-Muscle Mass ratio. Herein lay my victory.
If I were to tell you that from May to September I lost 13.5 pounds, you might not be impressed? However, here is the big picture. Within these four months, I lost 29 lbs of body fat, gained 15.5 lbs of lean muscle mass, dropped from a size 16 to 10 and decreased my body fat from 37% to 22%! This is what I actually achieved with the in-depth education of fitness and nutrition given to me at RobZFitness.
I feel very confident that I now have the tools to maintain my results, my strength and my nutritional habits for a lifetime.

Easy Turkey Wrap

This wrap is perfect to pack for lunch or makes a quick and healthy dinner. It’s ready in a flash, tastes amazing, and is filled with lean turkey, veggies and whole sprouted grains. Try it today, but don’t be surprised if you get hooked! Servings: 1
Here’s what you need:
- 1 Sami’s Lavish wrap, 6 inches
- 1 Tablespoon fat free fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 cup lettuce roughly chopped
- 4 oz lean turkey slices
- dash of salt and pepper
- Spread a tablespoon of fat free cream cheese evenly over one side of the tortilla.
- Arrange the turkey slices over the cream cheese and layer with tomatoes. Top with lettuce, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll the tortilla closed.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals: 177 calories, 1g fat, 21g carbohydrate, 4g fiber, and 21g protein.

Lost 70 lbs
Body Fat 36.4% to 22.6%
Lost 14% Body Fat
Last December, my husband approached me about us setting a goal of getting healthier in 2023. So, we made an appointment to talk to Rob at RobZFitness, who was recommended to him by our primary care physician Dr. Shawn Wallace. Upon meeting with Rob, we both decided it was time to commit to a healthier way of life. With the help of Rob and Taylor, and the support of each other, we have lost about 170 pounds total over the last 8-10 months. I have lost 70 pounds and lost 14% body fat in 10 month. My overall fitness level was at 15% when I started and now its at 88% for women at my age.
Like a lot of women, I have struggled with my weight all my life, especially after kids. This time my weight loss feels different. I wasn’t sure what to expect in the beginning, but I am surprised at how much stronger I’ve become, and the weight seem to just come off, losing an average of 2 pounds a week. I am 5’10 and I haven’t weighed under 200lbs in years. Now I weigh 195. With Rob and Taylor’s encouragement, I am pushing myself to get stronger and doing exercises I never thought I could accomplish. I have a few limitations with my knees but both Rob and Taylor worked around it and still push me to get stronger.
Rob focused more on strengthening during his sessions and I am lifting amounts I never imagined. Taylor designated Wednesdays as Carolyn’s Core night. With his help, I am doing core exercises that I never thought I was capable of. With the support of Rob, Taylor and my husband who encouraged me all the way, I am stronger and healthier than I’ve been in a long time.
