Lacrosse Workouts

RobZFitness – Group Training Workouts

We are currently offering group training workouts this summer starting on Tuesday, June 8th from 1:30-2:15pm or from 2:15pm-3:00pm on both Tuesday and Thursdays. 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warmup and stretch.

Each workout will be 45 minutes long for a total of 16 sessions (2 months).

The cost is $300.00 by check to RobZFitness or by Paypal and must be paid in full before the workout program starts.
