“I have returned to my regular size”

“After 3 kids and with forty quickly approaching, I noticed that my clothes weren’t fitting anymore. I had gradually gained weight and became less and less toned. When I finally had to buy shorts three sizes up from normal, I had had enough. So I asked for a personal trainer for Christmas.”
“I started working out with Rob three times a week in January. And fit in cardio when I could. The first month didn’t go exactly as I had hoped, as I only lost one pound. Rob assured me that next month would be different. I started to follow his eating plan and work in cardio more regularly. The results at the end of the month were very encouraging.”
